The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has declared HIV a winnable battle, but only if we expand testing and linkage to care. That is what CAP is all about!

You can help by making a donation directly from your Oregon Tax Return!

If you are getting a refund this year, all you have to do to help fight HIV is write “28″ and the amount of your donation in box 68a. This amount will be deducted from your refund and sent directly to CAP.
